Updating your publication's Freelancer Agreement

All freelancers working for your organization must agree to your terms and conditions on every project. Note: a copy of these terms is stored with each project.

You may upload your organization's own terms that must be agreed to by the freelancer. Note: to view or update your organization's terms, you must be an Editor Admin. 

  1. Click "Organizations" in the Folder Rail.
  2. Select the organization in the List Rail.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled "Legal".
  4. Click the "Choose File" button and upload a new version of the terms. Only PDF files of agreements are accepted. Uploading a new PDF overwrites the existing one.
  5. Click the "Save Changes" button.

To view the current terms for your organization, click the "Download File" link.
